First Time Visitors
Welcome. If this is your first hot yoga class—or your first time with the original 90-minute 26 & 2—here’s what you need to know.
This practice is challenging. That’s normal.
The room is hot and humid, the sequence is set, and the goal is not perfection. Your job is simply to stay in the room, breathe, and do what you can.
You are always allowed to rest. Progress comes from consistency, not pushing.
